1. What's taking up space in your head this week?
I've been thinking (as I often do) about the extent to which people can change fundamental aspects of their personality.
2. What mental health topics do we need to be more aware of?
The "seriousness" of a mental health issue is very hard to pin down because we all have different tolerances.
3. What does "mentally healthy" look like?
Totally depends on the individual.
4. When do you know you need to focus on yourself?
For me some indicators include weight gain, feelings of self-hatred and cognitive overload.
5. What's something that's helped your mental health?
Realising that by fully embracing my unusual way of doing things (making lots of Word documents about things basically lol) I can be more productive and happier.
